******DO NOT LEASE WITH THIS APARTMENT***** 1. They have a horrible roach problem in the summer that even pest conrol doesn’t work. We had to go to the store and buy our own spray and just kill them off ourself, but we noticed that they only left because of the winter. It is starting to get warm again and we have started to see them come back. 2. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!! My husband owns a small business and I’m a stay at home mom. He pays rent/bills twice a month, both of them at the beginning of the month.....the previous manager knew of this and made a verbal agreement with him so that he could pay his business rent/bills separately. So every month he pays rent with the apartment complex on the 20th, the records shows this. Well apparently, without notice, they got new management and instead of them asking of our situation they served us an Eviction notice, now we have to pay over $2000, not including our monthly bills, in order to have somewhere to live. Instead of the new management giving us a notice and telling us our verbal agreement with the old manager is null and void for the remaining of the year, she gave us NO SYMPATHY and basically put us out. This is not a place you want to call home, and the people that work here is not your “neighbors”! This act was so low down and wrong in so many ways to the point where we will make sure people know not to lease here!!!
