Had to stop at an ATM before I got on the interstate on Arkadelphia- -- the ATM not only charged my account but sit no cash out --- I tried explaining this to the cashier who was constantly on a bluetooth talking his native language ---- he acted like he didn't know WTF I was saying in clear concise English and claimed he had no key to the machine ---- long story short it took me 4 weeks to finally get the money posted back into the account on which I had to go thru several 800 numbers which just about made me say the hell with the money I almost just considered it lost. HORRIBLE customer service from the man behind the glass who just couldn't hang up his phone call for 5 minutes and everything would of been resolved.
