I love Fringe! However I was really frustrated today. I called yesterday to schedule just a cut this morning. I told them it would be my lunch so just a cut, no wash, nothing other than cut. They conveniently scheduled me for 9:00 a.m. took my number. I clock out and leave work only to arrive to my hairstylist was at the doctor and would be there soon. I waited 30 minutes. Now, why couldn't Fringe have called me to tell me the stylist was out? They had my number? I know they work a tight schedule, but so does everyone. A courtesy call would have been nice, just saying!!!!
