Very disappointed with this experience. I took my truck there many times never had a problem. This last time, I took in my truck due to the fact that it kept shutting off on me. When I arrived there, the guys just kept telling me ideas of what it could be. They told me that all that needed to be done is a tune up, flush the engine and radiator, and change the gas filter. Which then, I was told that a part needed to be changed which would cost me 329 just for the part, and that I needed to leave my truck for 4 hours at the shop so they can let it cool down in order to get to it. The fact that I was already getting charged close to 400 for what already has been done, I didn’t want to do anymore business. Was just too much, so I took it to a trust worthy mechanic who just gotten back from vacation. He looked into it, turned out it was the part that NTB have mentioned it was, which was right next to the battery, no need to leave my truck for 4 hours at the shop. It was a sensor, I felt that I got ripped off, my truck is working perfectly if I would have just waited for my mechanic to have come back from vacation. I would have saved my self a lot of time, trouble and money.
