Public Storage in Birmingham, Alabama

I have been at this location for 3 months now and I have nothing but great things to say about this business and its staff. Having had to store my belongings many times, due to being an active duty Marine, I know a few things about storage and what to and not to expect from a storage facility and its staff. I initially was in the process of moving my storage unit from Chelsea,AL, my home of record, aka where i grew up....to the public storage West Oxmore location due to having lived downtown for 4 years now since retiring from the Marine Corps. I stumbled upon this location noting that it was less than two miles from my current domicile. Upon walking in I was greeted by a very professional young man named Josh. He was able to assist me in transferring my unit from aforementioned locations to this one with ease and diligence. This gave me the ability to collect what few things I had already taken to the West Oxmore location and the remaining items from the Chelsea unit with a virtually stress free process, because as we all know moving is a stressful endeavor. Not only that but a month later when I expressed the apparent necessity for a larger unit, the resident manager was able to facilitate an upgrade in units by size very swiftly and professionally. I would definitely recommend this storage location to anyone who lives in the Birmingham, Lakeview, southside, or Avondale area as it is locate centrally to these locations and offers peace of mind and ease of access to you stored belongings. sincerely, Very satisfied Customer
