I arrived at 2 am with reservations through Expedia. The desk clerk quickly apologized as the previous clerk had given away all of the reserved rooms, which was also noted that this was not the first time this had happened (I might add there were folks entering after me who also were blindsided with this). After about 20 minutes of searching, he then offered me a room which had been taken out due to damage (from a fight). At this point I was exhausted so I took it. It had supposedly been cleaned... The room was absolutely filthy. The curtain had been torn down, thus the room was bright as day from the parking lights. Next morning I spoke to the morning clerk, who seemed appalled, and asked me to write my experience and leave my number and the management would be in touch about a possible discount or refund... Still no reply. I have stayed in some horrible hotels in my days, but this may be the worst.
