DO NOT LIVE HERE! The apartment is decent quality, but not worth the price you have to pay with all of the bug and maintenance problems. The reason for the one star is the scam that this complex is running with the electricity bills. The bills are excessively high(300+ for a four bedroom apartment) and they can not offer an explanation as to why the bill increased DRASTICALLY from the last month. You can’t call the power company to discuss the bill because the residents names aren’t on the bill. You have to go by the price that they quote you. I’ve asked several times to be shown me where my meter is located, but they have ignored my requests. Because if this, I will be seeking legal advice. Save yourself a headache and get an apartment somewhere else. I wouldn’t recommend this apartment to my worst enemy.
