The staff here seems friendly with the consumer affairs but the actual post office needs to quit screwing around. I have had a certified letter there over a week and still it has not been delivered after I've been lied to and told that it will be delivered each day this week. Brittney the account rep has lied to me and I haven't received any calls back I was told I would get from others. The management here is the problem and needs to be replaced. Homeless people could do a better job it seems, as it has been over a week since my mail has been in the city of Birmingham and no one can even find it now after claiming it would be delivered every single day.

Mentally ill woman working as a clerk. White lady with glasses. Seriously, something is wrong with her. She's not healthy. Shouldn't be able to interact with other humans. She needs therapy, or pills, or both. Completely incompetent and unable to communicate on a basic level. Psychotic. Rude. Other ladies that helped me were nice, but this one needs to go! Use other shipping services or at least stay away from this location.
