ServisFirst Bank has named a new member to its board of directors with ties to Samford University. ServisFirst Bancshares Inc. (Nasdaq: SFBS) has named Betsy Bugg Holloway to its board of directors, according to a release. Holloway is vice president for advancement and marketing for Samford University, leading all of its marketing, branding and philanthropic initiatives. Holloway has held various faculty positions with Samford and has been a visiting professor at Kiev Business School, the University of Jordan and the Beijing Institute of Technology.
